I just wanted to say thank you to you all for sharing your stories. It is so helpful to read everyone's different stories ~ there is always something helpful there ~ something to be learned.
The most recent one for me, that is helping me keep me on track is what several have shared ~ a way of thinking ~ choices. That if I eat something that I could have made a better choice about ~ that I haven't blown it ~ that I just didn't make as good a choice that time. It is helping me get away from my old habits of thinking that with that "not as good a choice" ~ that I have "blown it" and then I be "bad" for the rest of the day, week ~ whatever. This way of thinking has sort of helped me keep going.
