I'm down .8 pounds this week! Keep those losses coming!

On January 2nd I weighed 264.5 yesterday I weighed 252 that's 12.5 pounds for the year so far.

it's at least partly due to food poisoning on Thrusday night so I'm trying to to get too excited, but hopefully it will stay gone.
