Holy cow a post from me that doesnt include a question?! WOW! ;)
No, I just wanted to write real quick and Let everyone know, i weighed in this morning (not my weigh in day) and im down to 235!!! That's awesome for me! I hope i can keep this or loose more by my weigh in day monday I will let you all know then! Until then im going to try and stay off the p.c for a while and spend some time cleaning shopping ect.. hope you all have a wonderful healthy weekend! And i'll chat with you all monday!
