No not the Anthony Kiedis autobiography (but we can talk about him if you want :dizzy: )

I have an enormous scar. It WAS under my (Brigette Jones style) panty line, low down on my stomach (from gallbladder surgery 7 years ago) We're talking 15 inches long people!

The danged thing has moved...........miles!!! It is now in the centre of my stomach rather than on the right hand side, and it's now right under my rib cage.

It was a horrible bumpy keloid scar and painful, now it is nearly flat. It was bright red, now it's a pleasant lilacy white colour. I think I might even be able to get away with a bikini in 50lbs time!

Has anyone else noticed bizarre things happening with scars???

i have the little scars from gallbladder surgery nearly 10 years ago and yes they have moved around a bit too.

I have a big scar on my knee from ACL surgery back in college. It looks shorter now and seem less wide - I suppose the skin just isn't a stretched out. I don't think it has actually moved though.

Interesting. I'd never paid much attention to it until your post. I'll have to keep my eye on it from now on.
