What kind of exercise do you do?
 
I've been doing Pilate and WATP. I also got a full body circuit from a fitness trainer who was visiting town. I live in a small town with no gym, the city gym is tiny and not someplace I would go, to many macho men there. I'm looking for other types or exercise to try. It's too cold here in the winter to walk too much.

Since you're exercising at home only, have you consider resistance bands? They're more portable and easier to store than weights. Also, you might see if there are dance classes or yoga classes in your area.

I do have a resistance band that I use with my pilates, WATP and my full body circuit. Thanks for the link, it's most helpful.
