I'm a Starbucksaholic, myself, and have far too many for my own good.
I've managed to wean myself down to a couple of FF cappuccinos or lattes a week, so I can still work them into my plan.
If you like the sweet drinks, their sugar-free syrups and fat-free milk can save you a bunch of kcals.

I started off at 1600 kcals a day, and dropped a pretty consistent 2 pounds a week. I've been out of the groove for the past couple of months though, so I'm hoping to kickstart things with an average of 1,400 a day for the next 3 weeks.
