Hello Just wanted to share!!
 

Not sure if many people remember me since I have not really posted in a while but I have lost 74 pds since March 25, 2005 and I am also down 4 dress sizes!! Woohoo
Starting dress size was 26 pants and 3x tops I just bougth me a size 18 pants and 1x top!! Woohoo I am so happy!! Especailly when people consistanly say "oh you look so good"!!

So how is everyone else doing? Hope all is doing good!

I eat low fat food and exercise to Richard Simons tapes for 1 hour a day 5 days a week!

Congrats! That's fantastic! :) Where do you get the Richard Simmons tapes? I think I would like something like that for days I don't make it to the gym.
