Hello from Houston
 

Hello,

I got to come down here to visit my son, daughter and her family (my little grandson ~ light of my life). Haven't worried too much about the eating ~ that sort of takes care of itself ~ I don't want others to see me doing bad. Have gotten in some activity ~ Corbin wanted me to shoot hoops with him last night ~ to my surprise I actually made a couple.

I am enjoying my time with them so much. Corbin (a second grader) and I have been reading Harry Potter a little each day.

Have to head back to North Carolina tomorrow. But, I try not to be sad, and think that that puts me one day closer to the next time I get to come visit.

Sounds like a great trip. Sorry to hear it's at and end but like you said you are closer to the next visit.

Sounds like you had a great visit with your family. I'm so far away from my family that I relate so much to the precious time you want to spend when you only get to see them for short periods. I'm happy you had a good time.
