Just because it's "healthier" doesn't mean you can ignore the "serving size"
Case in point - take Kettle chips - sure they are better for you then Lays chips - but not if you eat the whole bag!! 750 calories total
or how about California Kitchen chicken garlic pizza yummmmmmy! : much better for you then meat lovers from Pizza hut - but, once again, not if you eat the whole pizza!! 870 calories

It's a good thing the rest of my day was awesome!! I'm sitting at 2175 calories for the day.. not a terrible thing my max is 1950 calories per day ... but still.

Dana -- Sometimes I think we have to console ourselves with the knowledge that at least we aren't having the Lay's chips and the meat lovers' za! Good for you for logging it all in!!!
