Let's see...a long time ago, when I was fifteen..I had a super-duper bad-*** butthead of an abusive boyfriend. He took me away from my Mom to a Native reserve in Kamloops. I was pregnant (miscarriages are sometimes meant to be) We were fighting and I was trying to run away from him. He ground my face in the dirt at the side of the Trans-Canada highway..when I got up..I broke his eardrum..I don't feel too bad about it..

Yes, a few times.

Thanks for your comments on the poem I thought it was really sweet when he gave it to me. He moved away shortly after. It's one of those sweet childhood memories. Funny how the most romantic thing that ever happen to me is when I was a child. Maybe it is the whole childhood innocents thing that makes it so special.
