1 month Curves weigh in....Results.....
 

Hello all, well after much frustration thinking i wasn't gonna loose a thing at Curves, i finally got up the nerve to do my 1 month weigh in...

Here are my stats...

10.75 Inches lost!!!!
5.50 Pounds lost!!!
2% body fat GONE!!!

I'am so happy i can't stand it, i'm so proud of myself!!!!!!!....:)
Let me say for sure if i can do it i promise ANYONE can!!!!
