Jennifer, I was *going* to write at length here until I started reading everyone's response. I am totally blown away by the things you all have written, and I couldn't agree more. Jen you know you've really inspired me since you started posting here and reading about your progress has been such a steady thing, because it's always there. even if you maintian for a bit, heck, even become a little "complacent," i'd still consider it progress in my book, because once youv'e come such a long way there's no taking that away from you.

And I think what resonated the most in Sarah's response was that if it's not your weight, it'll be something else. These blah moods happen to everyone, no matter how successful they may be at what they're trying to accomplish- just hang in there and feel better. I wish you could have as much faith in yourself as we do in you!
