Is it just me?

I currently follow weight watchers and I am always within my points range, mostly always at the low end of the points, and I get at least an hour of exercise daily. But at the end of the day sometimes I feel as if I wont go down in weight because I feel I am eating too much. My menu includes a breakfast, 2 snacks, lunch and dinner, dessert and sometimes another snack if I havent reached my minimum points. I feel like I literally eat all day but I have been going down in weight.
Does anyone know if there is a way to combat these feelings of doubt I am having? Sometimes it causes me to toss and turn at night even though I am loosing weight.

I'm not on WW, but I did experience that feeling when I had to follow the meal exchange during my pregnancy. I felt I was eating ALL THE TIME. I complained to my doctor and he reminded me that the food I was eating was better nutritionally than my previous diet, therefore giving my body what it needed to perform. My hunch is that your worries are tied into the old adage that we need to starve/be hungry/restrict ourselves in order to lose/diet etc.... If you're losing, you're doing it right. If you were even plateauing, you're doing it right. If you were gaining, you would need to "rethink" choices. Relish the feelings of satisfaction and fullness, reap the benefits of following a program and making good choices, rejoice in the response of your body to a healthy lifestyle.

Thats some great advice you have, thank you :) sometimes it helps to think of things that way. Now just to push those negative thoughts out of my head. Thank you for your support :)

Amanda,

As long as you're losing, don't worry about it. I know I did feel the same way when I started watching my calories and fat intake, however we have to break the age old concept that in order to lose weight, we must starve... Its great that you feel full, that's what will help keep you on plan. As long as you're full of good healthy foods, and are within your plan, then that's fantastic! :) I honestly wouldn't worry about it if you're still seeing a 1-2 lb. a week loss.

G'Luck!
