Wow, thank you all so much :) I will definitely take everything you all said and keep it in mind. Yesterday was a very good day. I had a m&m cookie as a snack but didn't beat myself up because my other meals in the day were healthy. I walked my butt off yesterday to and from class (end of the semester, people actually come to school and the parking lot is packed). I messed up a little today by nothing eating breakfast and not packing a snack (so I had a Team Cheerios bar and a Take 5) but I'm just not going to have any snacks today and eat a big lunch. If the weather is nice I'm going to see if my husband wants to go for a walk tonight or maybe him and I can head over to the gym and walk around the track. I'm just trying my best to stay positive :)
