Hello and Goodbye
just a ickle posty to say i'm not gonna be around for a while as life has got hectic my shoulder is good again so i'm living in the gym :D and with us coming towards the end of the academic year the course load has just gone stupid so i have assignments and studying galore i'll pop by now and then but this is it till at least the summer i'm currently floating stubbonly at 260! hopefully with training again that will drop

Since we are both approx. 260, why don't we make this a challenge? When you'll be back we will see who lost most..If you loose, you buy me a Guiness in a London pub , if i loose i buy you a Guiness in a Montreal Pub (we do have a few in Montreal that really looks like UK pubs) :dizzy:

ok melted fat commonwealth games it is but as i'm lifting alot of weights lets not go for weight loss but size loss. my current waist is 46.
