newbie

  • just introducing myself as someone who will lose over 100 lbs. i just started south beach (for a second time) and am going to do this in a healthy way. i lift weights and do yoga and pilates and cardio and as soon as i can afford some oil for my bike i'll be biking to work and the gym e veryday (assuming of course it doesn't start raining here again).

    so that's all for now.
  • Welcome...you sound like you have a great plan there. I sure wish I could ride my bike to and from work everyday, but that 20 mile ride is just too far for me = ) Anyways, I am a newbie too and must say that this is a great place. The support (and success) here is phenomenal and you are sure to get great advice and information from everyone here.
