Default What a busy place it's been

Well I got off work on Dec. 23 for a little over a week. I came in a couple of days last week but was working on rewiring our network and backing up the systems, that I didn't have a chance to really get online.
I did fairly well the first week and was up only 1 pound but my binging and pigging out this past week has put me back up to 263. I'm not worried about that. It was just 5 pounds and I know most maintainers give themselves that 5 pound buffer before going back into weightloss mode.

I know it's something that I have to do but right now my heart just isn't in it. My goal for today is to make it through eating a little healthier and not grazing. I also plan to do at least the one mile WATP tape when I get home.

As for the rest of the family. We celebrated Lilly's 2nd birthday the day after Christmas (I can't believe she is already 2. Where has the last two years gone!!!!) I've had to take William back to the doctor twice and he'll have to go again on Thursday. Lilly had her 2 year check up on the 28th and the doc wanted to check his ears since he had an ear infection at the beginning of the month. Turns out it was still there as was a case of pneumonia. He was given another round of zithromax, put on pulmocort (For his nebulizer) every evening as well as having the albuterol 3x a day (we are now weaning him down to 1x a day for a couple more days and he'll hopefully be through with it.) We were going about 3-4 days between the albuterol treatments and the doc said we needed more and that's why he was given the pulmocort. Oh and he had to have 2 shots of something that starts with an "r" to hopefully kick all the ear infections. Can you tell my life has been hectic on my time off?

I'm rambling so I'll stop my update here. I'd like to take a moment to welcome all the newbies to the fold and welcome back several of our lost sheep as well.

It has been busy. Didn't get the chance to check in yesterday, to much to do. Started to de-x-mas the house at 7 AM. Stopped to go to the "Collector's Art" sale at the Hilton where I bought two gorgeous small floural paintings in equally gorgeous frames for a small area of wall in my livingroom, then off to Pet Smart for the month supply of cat food. Came home and spent the rest of the day packing, putting away and cleaning, Today I'm just trying to stay warm and dry. It's pouring here in CA
