Hi Amy welcome to 3FC. I look forward to helpping on your weight loss journey. Do you have a weight loss plan in mind. In 100 club you'll find that we don't have a set plan we are all doing our own thing. I know one of the major reason my weight loss has been sucessful is my being able to post here when I've had good days/bad and everyone has been there to encourage and give me a kick in my bum when I needed it. (they do that w/o even knowing it by showing me weight loss is possible just stick with it) Post any question you have there is vast knowledge. Once again welcome.
