An't Goin Nowhere!
 

I guess tecnically I am suppose to leave this group for another but they'd have to drag me out here kicking and screaming. It's here I started and it's here I feel my friends are. Because of your support and advice I started out in Aug at 280 and now weigh 232.My goal is 150 for my 5ft 10 inch frame so I now have 82lbs to lose. :flame: My life has changed so much. I feel better and can do things I haven't done in years and each of you has contributed to my success. :balloons:

Aw Pam, this is your home! A lot of us start out here with more than a hundred pounds to lose, but there's no cutoff point for sticking around! We come, we lose, we support, and we stay..... This group is just the best!

Yep you can't leave. I was already told this. Once you start with the group your stuck with the group. Someday I'm going to be in the maintainers form but I am still going to be here.
