Sample Menus

I am in no way advocating the way I eat but I have been asked by several people for an idea of some of the things I eat. In response I have added a list of sample breakfasts, lunches and dinners for things I eat on a normal basis to my website. I hope to expand on it in time but there are a few there now and a couple recipes that I use. Anyone who is interested feel free to check them out!
