Default How can something so good be GOOD for you?

I'm back on the WW wagon again, and on my way home from shopping and a walk I stopped and picked up 2 dynamite rolls, figuring I'd use my flex points for the extra.. well I get home, look it up, 2 points for 4 pieces!!!! Is that possible? HOW is that possible.. sushi is supposed to be my "treat" when I want a comfort food! I am thrilled, and prepared to become a regular at one of the million sushi places near my house (I can count 6 within 20 minute walk from eachother).

So with that, I am wondering, is there a whole world of low fat/low cal/no sugar/no bad carb food out there? What have you discovered to actually be GOOD for you that fits the above criteria?

hmm,.. I really like Sugar free/fat free Jello,..yummy,.. and it you pair it with fat free cool whip,..whoohoo. I even have a pie recipe that you can make using just a graham cracker crust, jello and cool whip! I am sure the crust isnt the best for you, but it is alot better than "old heather" would do

Ok, I am on ww as well and LOVE to make 3pt choc. muffins, they are amazing! You make them with regular cake mix and a 10oz can of pumpkin and a half cup with water, mix all together and bake like normal it's 3pts for 1/12 of the cake and they are AMAZING.

Good luck,
