Hey you guys, just wanted to give the heads up that there's a great little article posted by Meg (love her!) over in the Library Forum. Here's the link. It's great for all of us, but ESPECIALLY great if you've got kids and you're trying to stay on plan and/or positively influence their eating/fitness habits.
