hey everyone well today was very productive. I was able to make it to the gym for an hour and about 45 minutes of it was spent doing cardio.

My mom isnt helping withm y diet at all she made my fav baked ziti for dinner otnight but at least she made it with all low fat ingredients. I had to haeva bit of it. Now i'm feeling huge because i ate it.

I'm still at 193 i gotta try my hardest seems liek the plateau is on its way
How is everyone else doing today?

it was soo lovely here in ny nice and breezy.

Good Job Elle! That Cardio will help you out a lot... Go easy on the pasta girl! :lol: :lol:

Keep up the great work and hang in there.. Plateaus can be tough.. ask anyone! The good part about them is that they don't last forever (even though it tends to feel like it). Keep smiling! Keep that positive attitude goin. You'll get there

No not at all Elle! I erased my messenger.. It was messing up my computer! The best place to catch me is in the chatroom!

Yeah ELLE for getting to the gym!! It's good that your mom is making an effort to help you with your meals. Elle since it was made low fat and you only had a bit you should be ok. Try not to be so hard on yourself your doing great. I know you'll get to where you want. Your such a strong person. I know that you can make it past that plateau. Remember your not alone! We're here for you!
