I was under the impression the stuff was calorie and fat free.. Boy was I wrong! |
Thanks for the information Gretchen!
Well it's not calorie and fat-free but at least its very low in both.. Especially compared to regular butter. I'm really not sure if we have this stuff in Canada, I don't think i've ever seen it.. Maybe I'll try and look for it, when I go to the grocery store tonight! I just use Molly McButter as my butter substitute. :D |

wow, that's misleading! I mean, it can't be great to drench spinach in it like I do (heehee) but still! Thanks for sharing that, Gretchen.
|
I use it a lot! Thanks for posting the info you got! I drench my spinach in it too.
|
Well its still better than butter unless you open up the top and dump the enitre container on your food lol so I am going to stick with it. If it helps me eat my veggies then so be it.
|
Jessica- I use it to replace any type of oils etc like if I want some "fried chicken" per sae, I pour about a tablespoon into the pan is all!
I don't really use it aside from spritzing a few sprays onto greenbeans etc. |
