Dawnyal, you were a thumb sucker? My son, who is 14, still sucks his third and forth fingers. He has gotten a little better about it, but he just can't seem to give it up. I used to worry about it, but I don't really much anymore. I think to him it is a comfort.

My niece sucked hers into her 20s and may still. I am pretty sure she never quite felt loved from my brother. They were really bad about playing favorites with there son. I can't say for sure but I would imagine she felt security and comfort in doing it also.
