OMG Wow..
 

I weighed in today and was down 3 more lbs. I can't believe it. I usually weigh in Wednesdays though so its a couple days early.

I haven't been walking as much as I'd like but I ordered a 3 mile Walk away the pounds dvd so I can get a walk indoors. I have a treadmill but I went to use it and its got a problem with the belt and is broke. I don't know how to get it fixed and doubt it will be worth it. Its much too hot to walk lately but if I go in early morning about 7am its not too horrible but is still uncomfortable a bit as its usually 90's already by then.

I hope my dvd comes soon. :) I have been so motivated to do Tae Bo but my vcr isn't working. I think I will have to sell the vhs copies and put it towards the dvd copy. :) BUt I think the Walk away the pounds will be lower impact for my large body.

Anyway I'm excited about the 3 lbs. :)
