Sarah, My weight trainer suggested my high reps and lower weight (Maybe not quite 100 reps, I just decided that was what I wanted to do) until I got rid of some blubber- it's more like a cardio workout vs. muscle building. Eventually I will lift heavier to tone the muscle. Man you are an animal with the weight training. Right now I am focusing on the cardio aspect of it until I am about 20 lbs away from goal then I am going to really hammer down. Just my own personal plan of attack..
