A Happy Day.....
 

I am beaming very happily today...... :cp: :cp: :cp: . Last November, after a couple of blood sugar tests, my Doctor tried to diagnose me as diabetic. :?: :?: :?: . I did a lot of research, and got a second opinion, and was diagnosed by a specialist as having impaired glucose tolerance (pre-diabetes).......he advised me that if I lost some weight, I could reverse the condition...... ;) ;) ;) .

My doctor never accepted the specialist's view, and so we agreed to disagree.....

Today, I got the results of a recent blood sugar test.....and I have been declared 'normal' :dance: :dance: :dance: ....well, only in as far as the blood sugar, of course..... :lol: :lol: :lol:

So now I am really happily, and totally totally motivated :cb: :cb:

And I am restraining myself from going back to the Doctor with a very very very smug 'I-told-you-so' look on my face..... :sssh: :sssh: :sssh:

WOW! Now THAT is some great news!!! Congrats on all of your success and I'm so glad you're enjoying the blessing of improved health and well being! Way 2 go!!! :cheer:

Hey guys, thanks so much for all your encouragement and support! I am really making this journey for the health benefits, and its so good, and such a relief, to know that I am not heading in the diabetes direction.....

Its funny you should say that - you're right. For me it is a bit like making goal. I am really on this journey for health reasons....and now I feel like it is totally totally paying off!
