I have lots of goals I'm working toward. Some I'm doing well at (getting my water in, exercising 5x a week) and others I need to work harder at achieving (journalling, only eating in designated areas of my house, work) so I figured we could start a weekly goal (This is not for a weight loss expectation) thread for those of you trying to change your lifestyle.
We have a lot of new members and many are looking to change the little things.
Each week we can post our little goals we are trying to acheive. If you don't do it on one day, don't fret and give up just keep on going. Before long each of these little things will become routine and you won't even think about them anymore.

) is to keep my food journal every day. Keep my regular journal each day. Drink my water each day and weight and measure all the food i eat. I see that some are struggling wiht the vitamin thing. I have created a habit of taking them as soon as I wake. They are actually in the bathroom so after I do the one thing I must do int eh moring they are staring me inthe face. Trust me I do not forget them 
My whole family was happy when I went off it. Then I went on the pill cried all the time and then got pregnant with my second son. Ahhh the trials of birth control.
