What did you eat at your picnic on Memorial Day?

I just thought this would be fun.

I'll go first:

I had homemade POTATO SALAD (2 SCOOPS :( )..... It was very good too!
2 Fat Free Hotdogs with Sauerkraut on Weight Watchers Hot Dog Buns
Fat Free WoW chips
Dairy Queen Small Ice Cream Cone
1 piece of Low fat cheesecake

I was a little bit bad.. I should not have had the DQ Ice Cream later that evening! Oh well.. I will just have to burn it off

I hosted the party so I had my "own" stuff there!

How'd you do?

I took my boys to the park so we just packed a picnic lunch. I had a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with light mayo, some lowfat tortilla chips with salsa, watermelon, and grapes.

It was simple and the boys had a blast. My mom came with us and we made the day of it. I am trying to work on planning activities/ holidays that dont revolve around food.

C'MON PEOPLE, FESS UP!!!!!

I went to a family reunion, so I ate what was available.

1 grilled chicken breast, dipped in yellow mustard
2 small spoonfuls macaroni salad
1 small spoonful German potato salad
fresh veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
cheese & sausage & nuts to snack on
water to drink

I completely avoided the desserts.

We have decided that next year we are going to be more involved & bring healthy choices (fresh fruit salad, bigger veggie tray w/more choices, etc)

Well, I didn't go to a picnic. But here's what I had on Memorial Day:

salmon, grilled (5 oz.)
potato (3 oz.)
lite sour cream (2 Tbl)
broccoli
Smart One fudge bar

Hopefully my Friday weigh-in will reflect my goodness! :)

We went to a winery for our Memorial Day lunch, so I ate out (again, whole weekend of eating out).

I'm trying to remember. I think I had the vegetable mix spring salad (had an absolute ton of different colored veggies!) with a balsamic vinegar dressing, and about 6 oz of grilled chicken on it. Didn't eat the roll with it, I'm not much of a 'just plain bread' person. I did split a side order of fries that a friend had with his burger, but we ate them 3-ways so it wasn't so bad. Oh, and two cubes of cheese, and a small handful of grapes, off the cheese-and-fruit plate for dessert.
