You have all shown me in the post, exactly why I keep coming back to this board.. Unconditional support... And for that I thank you!
I'm feeling better about this, and have come up with a plan. I'm really stressed out this week, working a late shift at work and trying to complete a 50 page final report for a class I'm taking. But, my goal is to finish this project by the weekend.. And, next Monday, i'm making the commitment to myself AGAIN, to get fully back on plan and it will be easier to find time to go to the gym.. Its hard right now, trying to balance this report and the gym. So, i'll start by making little changes this week and come back full force by next week.
Again, thanks for all the encouragement.. I really needed it to help me re-focus!
