hey celina,
all this advice is amazing and to be honest, i dont have anything long to add except that i think it's awesome that you came back and are determined to try again!! Good for YOU!! I know how difficult it can be sweetie, just remember that any sort of pause does not deem you a failure, its just that life isn't perfect and neither are we... keeps things interesting that way and on a roll

I hope you hang around here some and it helps You sound like a wonderful person and I wish you all the best of luck!! Hang in there and take good care of yourself

Ladies,

You have all shown me in the post, exactly why I keep coming back to this board.. Unconditional support... And for that I thank you!

I'm feeling better about this, and have come up with a plan. I'm really stressed out this week, working a late shift at work and trying to complete a 50 page final report for a class I'm taking. But, my goal is to finish this project by the weekend.. And, next Monday, i'm making the commitment to myself AGAIN, to get fully back on plan and it will be easier to find time to go to the gym.. Its hard right now, trying to balance this report and the gym. So, i'll start by making little changes this week and come back full force by next week.

Again, thanks for all the encouragement.. I really needed it to help me re-focus!
