Everyone's doing so well!!! It's really heartening to see that the newcomers, the returnees and the "bin hangin' in there" crowd is having equally successful weigh-ins. Mine's tomorrow morning at 8:30am - hoping to keep the ball rolling here!

YEA LOSERS!!!!

WOW - I'm out of town for a week and all I see are a bunch of losers! Dawnyal, it's great that you've realized the importance of journaling - I'm sure you'll have a great WI next week and everything said and done, a maintain is soooo much better than a gain! Kris - I'm the Queen of Geekness when it comes to the WW magnets! Congrats to all the losers!

I'm actually down 3.8 lbs which put my "official" weight loss at 102.2 lbs. Woo Hoo!

Default I Made My First Goal!

Well, I've made my first goal of 255! That met my first goal of 29 pounds, and more than 10% of my body weight. I've got a long way to go, but I'm really happy to have made it this far, and I feel like I'm on my way!

From here on out, I think my goals will each be for another 20 pounds. With that said, my second goal is for 235. A moment of silence, please...... Nah, just kidding....I have no doubt I'll do it. (It probably won't happen as quickly as I'd wish, but I guess I'll just take a breath and ride it out!)

Anyway, I'm happy with my first almost-thirty-pounds!

Way to go Sarah. You will be at your goal before you know it. Just think of how fast time flys instead of how much weight you have to lose.

I think support and encouragement make a world of difference. It definately keeps me motivated when I see all the weight loss going on here. It gives me the, "If they can do it, I can do it too!" attitude. "goodvibes" Sarah!
