I have a lot to get my body fat down (I'm currently at 54% --It's amazing how high it got after 2 kids since I was staying around 45-49 before preggo)
But my question is this. What is a realistic expectation for it to go down if I'm exercising at least 5x a week. Right now I'm alternating between walking, riding my bicycle or jumping on the trampoline for around 20 minutes. I will be adding some weight training within the next month as soon as Jeff gets the weights out.
I'd like to try and set some realistic goals for my BMI but I don't want to set them too high and not achieve them nor do I want to just ignore it and hope that it goes down on its own.
