Wow.....this quote sums it up for me. There are many times in my life that I would have let anyone, travel the road of weightloss for me. Be it a magic pill, magic excercise and lose weight while you are sleeping. For so long, I was trying to find an alternate route. Walt Whitman says it like it is....we have to do it ourselves. :drill:
