Weigh in this morning....239, so I gained a lb this week.Not sure how but wondering if maybe starting to get more muscle??? I did my measurements and from 1/17 until today, I have lost 19 in total from my body points! So, even though the gain is a little upsetting, very happy with the loss of inches!
I am upping my exercise next week, so hopefully that will help too
I think I have discovered a new snack for me! Has anyone had the LIght and Fit Smoothies by Dannon? They are quite yummy and filling too
