Im not losing much-if any anymore either and halloween threw me for a loop :o but my hubby put it to me this way. "what would you be doing if you werent eating healthier?" I know what I would be doing,. gaining weight and a slow weight loss is better than any gain:-)
Keep at it, and I agree with one of the posts above,.. that doesnt sound like alot of food for a day, you might want to check the calories. |
