Happy New Year Challenge!

  • Okay, it's two months away, and those two months are filled with lots of eating pitfalls.

    I'm choosing a non-scale goal this time of being able to fit into the sz. 14 pants that I bought.

    Anybody else up for a challenge?
  • I'm willing to give it a try. I think I will also like to go down a pants size. I wear a size 24/22 and would love to get in a 20 and be comfortable in them.
  • I want to be in the 240's Ill take 249!

    As of 10/31/03 I weigh 262.

  • 2 months? I can lose 20# in 2 months. Or, or, to fit into my size 20 jeans that I have. That is my plan on this challenge, to get into the 20's or lose 20, whichever comes first.
  • i'll settle for getting my body fat% below 20 or 225lb.
  • My New Year Challenge goal is also an non-scale goal. I want to be consistently exercising a minimum of 1 hour a day, 7 days a week.

    Taking it 5 lbs. at a time.

  • i'm in again since i totally flubbed my halloween challenge. since tomorrow is the start of a new cycle for me i'm going to say that i want to be in the 240's at least. maybe even the 230's by then. have my size 20 jeans loose and be able to bend over and tie my shoes while i'm wearing them. LOL work towards having at least 5 OP days a week and when i accomplish that i want to move on to 6 and then 7.
  • I would like to lose at least 18 pounds by Jan. 1st, which would take me to 220.
