NSV thread for october!
 

i have 3:

1. still haven't had any halloween candy. none at the TWO halloween parties i went to last night!!

2. i bought 2 pairs of dress pants today. both size 14!!!! (still 16 in most jeans though)

3. couldn't have worn this last year:

Wow, Holly! You look awesome! I've been hoping we'd get to see a picture of the "Glenda" dress :) Great work passing up the candy, too. That's so difficult this time of year! I wish I could say I've resisted as well, but I must admit that I've had a couple fun-size bars (someone strategically placed them on a filing cabinet that's right outside my office -- I have to walk by them every time I leave my desk :( ).

On the topic of NSVs, I was putting my groceries on the checkstand and then, instead of going behind my cart and pushing it through the checkstand, I was able to stand there and roll it past me. The cart wouldn't have moved past me 59 lbs. ago!

Congrats, Holly & Sheila!!! Jo, I told the women in my office no chocolate, someone left a bag on my chair. I opened it up & passed it out. :D Instant popularity!

My NSV is that I didn't have to have a seatbelt extender on my flight here. :D :D :D

My NSV:
This is probably the highest month in the point challenge I've ever had. Crazy. I really kicked up the exercise this month and I'm proud of myself.
Also... I followed through with my "no weigh!" challenge.

we weren't a pair this year, i already had the outfit and he got a caeser outfit. maybe next year? but here he is:
