Not posted for a while...

I have been through a bad patch and not lost a single pound infact have probably gained but i am back with some motivating news to shift my butt into shape and loss this weight...

I am getting married!!! :D 17th December 2005!!

And i want to look and feel great on our special day!!!

howdy there welcome back glad you made it back and many congrat on the wedding plans. new motivation damn right thats the best you can get aint it? it must be working cos you posted at 9.30 this morning that requires motivation on a saturday i don't normally surface to midday but today is the rugby so i made a special effort.
