What are your goals just for this week?
Mine are pretty simple...
1/ exercise (mostly walking) every day this week.
2/ stop drinking regular soda at work. Work offers free coffee and soda all day!
Water only!
Monday - achieved goal
Tuesday - achieved goal
Wednesday - achieved goal
Thursday- achieved goal
Friday - did not achieve goal.. no exercise.. and had 1/2 soda at night - none at work.
