Weekly Weigh in - October 19-25th

  • I couldn't find this week's thread, so I thought I'd start one.

Lost 1.4 this week! I've gotta keep going!

    Good Luck everyone!
  • Down 3 pounds, to 277
  • Way to go ladies! I am down to 223! I didnt think that i would ever see the 220s again!
  • The scale finally moved this week! I'm down 2 lbs. to 152. Only two more to go to goal!! Hopefully I'll be there in another week or two. Good luck everyone, I hope you're all a big bunch of losers!!

  • Congrats everybody!!! I'm going to wait a few days to weigh in. I had major stress eating-my husband was sick and going for tests, and I drowned myself in chocolate and pizza (why can't i break these habits?)

Beverly, you must be so excited!! I bet you make goal next week!

Synger, you are doing fantastic! I'm so proud of you.

Julie, you are doing excellent. You'll be in onederland before you know it..

  • Back to reality - stepped on the scale today and I was 198. Happy to still be in onederland. Taking videos of me with the baby made me realize that I was creeping back up. If there was a video made of me every week, I'd probably never go off track!
  • Hi,

Down a half pound-the road to onderland is VERY long!

    sw/256
    cw/204.5

    Sherry
  • Down 2 lbs.

I know exactly what you mean, Sherry!!
  • Beverly I'm so excited for you! It must feel wonderful to be so close to goal after working so hard to earn it. You really must treat yourself to something special (no, not a celebratory buffet dinner ) when that day arrives!
  • Im the same again this week
  • Down .7 and I know it's all the extra excerise I've been doing lately, so I CAN'T let up on that. I think I just might be able to attain my Halloween goal of being in the 150s. I really, really want and need to reach that goal because I've been quite frustrated lately. I try to be upbeat here, but sometimes I get so discouraged because things have slowed down to an almost standstill even though I'm diligent about staying on plan. I've only lost 7 pounds since MAY and it scares me that if I'm going to have that much trouble to get to goal (20 more pounds) then how am I going to maintain once I get there?? I suppose I should just concentrate on getting there first, but I think it's natural to worry - you read so much about people losing vast amounts of weight and then gaining it back (plus more). I like to think I've learned during this whole process that I'll never be able to go back to my "old ways", but we all know how easy it is to slip back into bad habits...
  • Jillegal- I'm going through the same thing right now. It all came off so fast in the beginning and now I'm lucky if I can get a few pounds a month off. It's soooo frustrating! But we just have to keep plugging along becuase we will get there... eventually
