off topic do you like queen?
if you like queen there is an awesome band around called the darkness very similar style of music and level of showmanship i bought the album today and its stunning. well worth a listen don't think they reached they're that well known in the states yet. but i'm sure they will be.

YES!!! They are one of my favorite bands! I guess you didn't see when I posted that I was all excited that my husband surprised me with DVD's of the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert and their last show from Wembley in 1986. Fantastic!!!
Sherry- who almost saw Brian May in concert in New York City in 1993...but there was that blizzard with 36 inches of snow, and we couldnt' get there-and the show was NOT cancelled and rescheduled. I'm still mad about it ten years later! A friend of ours made it (he lived closer to NYC) AND met Brian afterwards...sigh |
