sick as a dog
 

yea i'm ill again. not having a lot of luck am i. well this is the first week of two week off work on holdiday and i believe i got food poisoning i feel like i'm dying. the joys of chicken curry. i was in bed all day yesterday managed to get up today just can't drink anything taken me nearly 3 hours to drink a pint of water.

You ARE having a bad time of it :(

As difficult as it is right now, try to get as much water down you as possible (I know, easier said than done...)

Sending good vibes over the ocean for you to be on the mend as quickly as possible and on to enjoying the rest of your holiday! :)

Sometimes I find that soda (or semi-flat soda) helps me keep fluid down. Or at least if it comes back up it doesn't hurt as much. /sigh

Ginger ale is my favorite, if I do this. My DH swears by warm Pepsi.

I am SO sorry to hear that you are sick.
I'm convinced that being sick is in the top 10 WORST feelings in the world. Totally convinced. (I *hate* being sick.)
