Monday -- video (30 minutes Tae Bo) Tuesday -- 40 minutes cumulative walking, 45 minutes resistance training, 15 minute elliptical trainer, 10 minutes stretching (we went to the gym -- can you tell?) Wednesday -- 40 minutes cumulative walking. -- 30 minute video (Pilates) |

Today - 35 mins on the exercise bike.
I am pretty pleased with myself as the bike is in my living room and my partner is asleep on the couch. The bikes quite noisy and I didn't want to wake him.......so I dragged that bike into the bedroom and did my workout! Yeah me! Amanda xx |

Well I just got back from Memphis on Sunday. I immediately went back to work on Monday and Tuesday (12 hour shifts), and now I am just trying to rest up a bit before work this weekend. I have met my step goal of 10,000 + almost every single day, but I will definitely be back next week when I start BFL again.
