Ok, here is what I have eaten today with the figures from fitday.com

Mushroom & Cheddar Cheese omelete
1 slice brown bread with 1 pat of butter

1 banana

1 cup oatmeal with
1 cup 2% milk and
3 teaspoons brown sugar

1 cup tossed salad greens with
3 teaspoons thousand island low fat dressing

5 rice crispie squared (I know I know)

5 glasses of water

Total calories: - - - - - 1469
(for my current weight I am allowed up to 2450)

Fat ------------ 38 grams - - - 342 calories - - - - 24%
Sat fat - ---- 12 grams - - -112 calories - - - - 8%
Poly fat ---- 6 grams - - - 56 calories - --- - 4%
Mono fat -- 9 grams - - - - 82 calories - - - - 6%

Carbs - - - - 252 grams ------- 954 calories ------ 66%

Fiber ------- 14 grams ---------- 0 calories -------- 0%

Protein ----- 38 grams --------- 152 calories ------ 10%

Would like to see the fat closer to 20% and the carbs closer to 50%
