Um yeah... after eating ALOT of chocolate/candy and drinking ALOT of wine Friday-Monday (I had Monday off work) .. I was at 185.6 Tuesday and 183.4 today. IDK how much of the gain is real and how much is just bloat. I'm probably sitting at 182 (hopefully!) Either way, my body is having some serious candy withdrawals & I'm not getting out of the 180s this month at this rate .

2/21/2020 Update: Back at 181. Short term goal: Be at 181 on Monday, Feb. 24

Hey girlies!!! Okay, I'm at 182 today! :-) I've been stuck at 185/186 all of January and this first part of February. It seems as soon as I started back working out, my weight loss has started back! I'm not for sure if I will see the 170's before this month end but plan to most definitely will see them sometime next month.

@shellofself - Yayyyy hun :-) I'm glad you were able to go back to 181 with no extras!

@WZin - I know exactly how you feel hun about the water weight and bloat! I had a glimpse of the 190's as well during the week I was extremely bloated! It was bad! I knew that it wasn't actual weight gain though. I returned back to 185/186 ish after the week of me being bloated as heck.

Hey ladies..Whew, it's been a long time. How have you guys been doing? How is everyone doing during this time of crisis with COVID? I've been doing ok and of course I'm back in the 190s from falling off my fitness journey and becoming lazy again along with overeating! This quarantine and being stuck in the house doesn't really mix well at all!! LOL But hey I'm getting back on track, starting today!!

Yay! Same boat, Denise! I was 188 this am. And I've been hovering crazy between 186 and 188 for the last week. Back to walking daily and trying to eat better. Let's do this!

@shellofself Hey hun. It's great to hear from you! We got this!! I'm down to 191.8 from 198.8 this morning. whew, I'm so close to being back in the 180's. Hopefully by the end of this week I will be there! I will most definitely be checking in here with you guys more frequently to stay accountable! Last week, I focused on cutting back the amount of food I was consuming and restarting my "IF" lifestyle (18:6). Today, I will start back exercising!

Shell - Good for you getting back on track with eating and exercise! I need to get back on the extra exercise for sure.

Great going, Denise! IF has been my favorite plan for awhile now, if I can stay away from certain things and keep an eye on calories then I usually at least maintain and I feel so good.

I've been lurking because I thought I'd be back in the 170's thread officially, but my experiment did not work. I keep thinking counting calories will be enough. What is it they say about insanity?
I was 183.5 yesterday before the fun even began. I have a planned "off plan" couple of days for a special occasion , but I'll be back with a new plan ASAP.

Wishing you all the best!

I got back on track yesterday. I'm going to try to avoid all sugar, alcohol and non veggie carbs to see if I can get off some of this bloat along with the usual calorie counting. I plan to weigh in on Fridays. I also pulled out my old Fitbit and it seems to still work (it was acting up in May so I had gave it a rest). I'll work on my steps this week along with my usual lifting and stretches. I missed my watch so much, but after 3 years of knowing I needed to move without the reminders, I'm having trouble remembering even with the reminders. I am so surprised how lazy I got in just a week off of purposeful regular movement.

Have a great week!

Shell, Denise, Depressica and everyone ~ I hope you had a great week!

I had a solid last 5.5 days. I landed at 185 this morning. That just means I was much higher on Sunday when I restarted. The sad thing is that I really did good with portions even with the off plan stuff for the planned off plan days.

Anyway, I got in lots of extra walking today while we had a break in temps/humidity and got my steps back up this week along with my usual regular lifting. I started some new stretches and need to get back on my core stuff. That is my most problem area. However, my hips are back up, too so I think it is just too much laziness when I put away my Fitbit. That thing really does help me stay active so I need it!

Have a wonderful weekend!

p.s. I thought we used to be able to adjust the size and type of fonts? These seem so tiny, but my eyes are probably going...I made everything bold just to be able to see a different color.

ugh. 188.5 this morning. I had several good days and a couple of mediocre days, but the increase must have been from the I had yesterday. I'm going back to weighing daily for a bit as I think this has to be a sodium gain. I need to stay focused!

Hope everyone is well!!!

Back down to 184.9 today. My measurements are still up though. So weird.

Is anyone still battling to get out of the 180's? I weighed in at 189 this morning and thought I'd jump on here to have some company. I'm 6.5 months post partum and nursing so my weight loss is slow but I'm beyond the initial detox period so hopefully it's smooth cheatless sailing all the way out of the 180s.

Hi everyone! I've been stuck in the 180's for about a month and a half now. Currently at 183.2. Hopefully by the end of this month, I'll be at least 179 lbs.

@tonimaroni2- Congrats on your bundle of joy. Babies are so precious. I'm still nursing my little one who is 21 months. I get how hard it can be to lose weight and being hungry all the time while nursing. Wishing you the best of luck!

Denise, KStrong, Tonimaroni, Marcie,

Hope ya'll are having better luck than me! I'm still here. Aghhhh! The only silver lining is i've been under 185 the last 4 days, hovering between 182-183. I'm fairly frustrated since Ive been working out daily (though to varying degrees) and eating decently healthy (no fast foods/watching my macros). But the scale isn't really moving. . .
