~Erin's Accountability Weight Loss Journal~

  • I hope this is ok to do this. I am looking for an outlet and something to keep me motivated to track my progress and to be part of a community for inspiration.

    I went to my doctor's office about a couple of weeks ago and found out I was at my heaviest weight I have ever been, 303 lbs. I was so disgusted with myself. A year after I had my daughter, I started to lose weight and ended up losing about 50 lbs in about a year and looked and felt great. Slowly I have gained all that weight plus more back.


    My plan for now is to cut my portions, limit my sugar intake, figure out fricking carbs and why I eat so much of them(!), and to start increasing my activity level. I work at a desk job and don't do anything on the weekends b/c I am so burnt out. I have actually discovered a guilty pleasure of getting on my stationary bike while watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians


    So here is to the future and hopefully by this time next year I will be in a better place physically and health wise.
