Default I had to come back.

So 3fc was a life saver around 2013/2014 for me. I lost 100 lbs and gained a ton of mass from the gym.

Life happened, do they say, and along came the lbs.

I feel funny, because I feel like I abandoned the forum once I reached my goal and now here I am again looking again for the support which was the key to my original sucess. I should had continued to visit and supoort those who needed me and by doing so maybe I would not had regained, but I digress.

Today is day one. I already rejoined a "gym" (planet fitness, I see it as a good start). I bought a scale. I am exactly 270. I need to be 170. Let us begin again and let us be triumphant.

I'm still on MyFitnessPal if anyone needs a cheerleader and if 3fc has a twitter I will support you there. I need you guys I hope you'll have me back.

Welcome back! I think we’ve all left and come back at various times be it life, weight loss or frustration in the way. Hop in where you feel fits and say hello! Good luck to you on your new journey.

Welcome back! I've come back to 3FC probably 3-4 times after becoming complacent after a little bit of success. I came back at the very beginning of last year, and this is actually the longest I've stayed without disappearing again...also my most successful attempt at losing weight, so far. I really feel like 3FC is a major key to continued success for many people, indeed.

That being said, we're more than happy to have you back here, and I hope that you will stay this time around, as well!

Welcome back, Bluejaybythesea,

Yep, there are some men still about. Fewer than before - you'll have to go looking a bit.

Good luck with your renewed journey.

Welcome back! There are so many of us that have done the same thing, but you're always welcome here.
