Ugh! I cannot wait for Onederland! Tempted to fast my life away just to get this weight OFF. I can see how people easily get carried away. Fortunately for me, my tummy rules me and won't let me go too far.

gemini YOLO!!! Good luck getting to your second goal!

gulf You will be there before you know it!! I agree with you about how easy it can be to get carried away.. Early into this process I had a couple month period where I naturally wasn't hungry and it was HARD to hit 1000 calories... then it got to the point where I would see how long I could stretch it out and would feel bad if I had something healthy outside of a meal time.. .but that was short lived thank goodness!

Gemini CONGRATS!!! I love your third goal by the way!!! May I ask what the adjustments are to make this more sustainable?

I am .2 away from my goal. I barely dropped down from yesterday and I think its because I went 100-150 over my calorie goal, hopefully tomorrow I will hit it!

Did a mini fast from last night's dinner to tonight's dinner and it went really well!! Thinking Sunday will be my all day fast day. Very excited to try something new Hope everyone had a lovely weekend

gulf That is awesome that your fast went well!! I think it gets a little easier knowing that you can do it because you have done it successfully! I am going to do a fast from Wednesday afternoon to our Thanksgiving meal and then another one from that meal to dinner on Friday. I am going to try for a 36-48 hour fast in early December!

Gemini any given day we will see fluctuations on the scale so I wouldn't worry about it too much!! I was 175.4 today for no good reason at all!! I wouldn't give up on the increased calories quite yet, the body can take a while to figure things out. I have a feeling that if you drink plenty of water and stay patient that you will end up seeing some good drops... maybe we are on the same pattern now.. last week was great and now we just have to let the scale yo yo for a week or so before it starts going down again
