Fall is approaching but we still have time to enjoy the sun
. Hoping the lbs will fall off a little quicker with the cooler days that are coming .. so lay back and enjoy the warm and sometimes cooler days. We're glad you're here so let's love on ourselves and accomplish our goals. While here we can shed some pounds & inches and share some great NSV's. Always remembering to be thankful and grateful for our efforts to remain/get healthy ... remember that whether we lose or not we are still working through this journey with a PURPOSE and doing it together

ComfyCritters! Your question about fitting back into clothes really hit home with me. My goal this month isn't so much pounds but actual proof that these clothes are fitting better or even fitting. Maybe my pants won't zip but I can get them over my thighs. Skirts that now fit but are too snug will fit comfortably. Do you see what I'm saying? I get very tied to the number on the scale but forget that it's one marker of success. Best of luck to you on your journey. I hope you become a regular on this and other threads that might interest you.
